Blake flew to the UK for a "once in a lifetime" trip to London and to watch Liverpool FC play. He didn't anticipate meeting Helena in a bar on New Year's Eve, and subsequently spending the rest of 2023 finding ways to be back with each other again. After three months of calls, a second date in Iceland, and a three-week return trip to the UK that lasted three months, we knew one of us would be moving for good. In January 2024, Blake moved to the UK and we've lived happily ever after since.
